1. About Gexzen

Gexzen provides manually verified B2B data, outbound management services, and qualified sales meeting generation for businesses.

Our services may include:

  • Manual lead verification

  • Cold email and outbound campaign management

  • Meeting booking and calendar coordination

  • Outbound strategy and optimization

All services are delivered digitally and customized based on each client’s business goals and targeting requirements.


2. Eligibility

By using our services, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old

  • You have the authority to enter into a binding agreement

  • You will use our services only for lawful business purposes


3. Scope of Services

Gexzen provides fully managed outbound systems designed to generate qualified sales meetings.

Services may include:

  • Manually verified B2B data research

  • Prospect targeting and segmentation

  • Outbound campaign execution

  • Follow-up management

  • Meeting scheduling

  • Calendar coordination

All services are customized per client and may vary depending on the selected plan or agreement.


4. Qualified Meetings

A “Qualified Meeting” refers to a scheduled sales conversation that:

  • Takes place successfully

  • Includes a prospect aligned with the client’s ICP

  • Is attended by the prospect

  • Shows legitimate business interest in discussing the client’s product or service

Gexzen reserves the right to determine whether a meeting meets qualification standards based on campaign scope and agreed targeting criteria.


5. Payment Terms

Starter engagements are typically billed on a per-meeting basis.

Clients are charged only for qualified meetings that successfully take place.

Long-term or scaled engagements may include:

  • Monthly retainers

  • Reduced per-meeting pricing

  • Custom outbound agreements

Invoices must be paid within the agreed payment period outlined during onboarding or contract discussions.


6. Client Responsibilities

To ensure campaign quality and targeting accuracy, clients must provide:

  • Clear ICP and targeting criteria

  • Accurate business and offer information

  • Access required for campaign coordination when applicable

  • Timely communication and feedback

Gexzen is not responsible for performance limitations caused by incomplete information, delayed responses, or changes in client strategy during active campaigns.


7. No Guarantees

While Gexzen aims to generate high-quality sales opportunities, we do not guarantee:

  • Revenue generation

  • Closed deals

  • Conversion rates

  • Sales outcomes

  • Specific meeting volumes

Outbound performance depends on multiple external factors including offer quality, market conditions, pricing, sales process, and client responsiveness.


8. Acceptable Use

Clients agree not to use Gexzen services for:

  • Illegal or deceptive activities

  • Spam or abusive outreach practices

  • Violations of anti-spam or data protection laws

  • Misleading offers or fraudulent business activity

Clients are solely responsible for how they engage with prospects and manage sales conversations after meetings are booked.


9. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, systems, materials, and internal processes remain the intellectual property of Gexzen.

Clients receive a limited, non-transferable right to use delivered services and campaign outputs solely for their internal business operations.


10. Confidentiality

Gexzen respects the confidentiality of client information and campaign data.

Both parties agree not to publicly disclose sensitive business information shared during the course of the engagement unless required by law.


11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gexzen shall not be liable for:

  • Lost profits

  • Indirect or consequential damages

  • Business interruptions

  • Loss of business opportunities

Our total liability shall never exceed the total amount paid by the client for the relevant service.


12. Termination

Gexzen reserves the right to refuse service, pause campaigns, or terminate engagements if:

  • These Terms are violated

  • Payments are not made on time

  • The client engages in unethical or abusive practices

  • Cooperation becomes operationally unworkable


13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which Gexzen operates.


14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
